The Vision Pro’s debuted!! and now more and more people are using it at home, office, and even while driving or commuting in public transportation, and we dare to ask With a $3,499 price tag, first-generation product, is Apple’s new AR headset really meant for consumers?, I mean, yes, you can see lots of applications in a technical working area just like Microsoft HoloLens, but in home?, people as soon as they use them they say is amazing but also they realize something, is just a “bunch of screens” that you can add around your house, you can transform you office or apartment in to your desktop screen with different apps open around the house just as in the video below
why you want apps open all around your house? I don’t know, maybe some people like it?, and apart from some people claiming Symptoms of motion sickness that include: Dizziness, disorientation or Nausea, some other were disappointed that The Vision Pro’s are not VR! and that’s because they are AR “augmented reality”. in conclusion if you have $3,499 and you want a bunch of screens around your home, go for it! or for $3,499 you can buy a real big TV and not only YOU can watch it, but personally I see lots of uses in a working and training technical areas.
after The Vision Pro’s debut provided interesting insights into Apple’s normally secretive development process. Tim Cook discussed how challenging and time-consuming it was to launch the company’s first headset in an interview with Vanity Fair. The early version of the smartphone was named “the monster” by Apple’s CEO, which was not a flattering nickname. There have been reported issues with the rumored foldable iPhone models. It’s said that Apple has paused the development of the foldable iPhone in favor of a folding iPad due to concerns about durability and creasing. However, a recent rumor from The Information suggests that Apple may be revisiting the foldable iPhone market after a break.
So it looks like Apple will join the fun, better late than never i guess, trying to do what Samsung and other companies have been doing since 2019. The question is when are they going to release something?, maybe in 2025? or 2026?, and if so, will they still claim they are innovating just for adding 7-year-old technology to their products?? and lets not forget that companies like samsung are starting to look in to rolling screens while apple is barely trying folding screens.
